To Our Wellbe Family
Today (March 15), we made the tough decision to temporarily close our clinic effective Monday March 16th for two weeks.
This was not an easy decision as we are aware of the needs of the patients and families we support and care for on an ongoing basis.
When we opened our doors, just a few short months ago, some of our core values were to help our patients grow and thrive, treating our patients like an extension of our own families and keeping their health as our #1 priority by creating a safe space for all of our patients - both big and small.
And while we know how much our patients need our services, we feel that closing our doors in light of what is happening is the best action to take to keep us all safe. It’s the one, small thing we can do to play our part to prevent further spread of this virus.
As a new small business, which opened less than 6 months ago, we will definitely feel the financial burden of this decision, however we hope that our patients and community understand our commitment to their health and will come see us again when wellbe re-opens in a couple of weeks.
We will be contacting each of you personally to cancel and reschedule your appointments.
Treatments that can be done online and virtually, such as naturopathic appointments, counselling sessions and some physiotherapy appointments will be conducted as such, given patient consent.
