After your Initial Visit, you will receive a comprehensive meal plan, which includes advice on therapeutic or functional foods, exciting meal suggestions, foods to avoid for your health concerns and goals, safe supplementation, and effective herbs and lifestyle suggestions to get you feeling your best.
Follow up visits are typically 4-6 weeks after your initial consult and are an opportunity to tweak and refine your existing plans and receive more support to keep you on the path to achieving vibrant optimal health and reaching your goals.
