get your blood pumping!

A good sweat sesh is a great way to reduce stress hormones and stimulate endorphin production. Take some time for your favourite exercise, low key or high intensity - it all helps!

make a pot of tea and relax

Choose your favourite tea leaves and enjoy the calming process. Enjoy while reading a book or your favourite holiday movie!

A little fresh air and being surrounded by nature. Just being outdoors, even if it's only for a few minutes, does wonders for relieving stress and anxiety.
