Healthy Skin Super-Foods: Edible Double Chocolate Peanut Butter + Walnut Cookie Dough
This tasty edible cookie dough is the perfect guilt-free treat that packs a double punch of skin-loving goodness thanks to dark chocolate + walnuts. Walnuts are a good source of essential fats, zinc, vitamin E, selenium + protein – all of which are nutrients your skin needs to stay healthy, and cocoa contains antioxidants that may protect your skin against sunburn. These antioxidants may also improve wrinkles, skin thickness, hydration, blood flow and skin texture. Win-win, right?
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Water
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp of Walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spatula until well combined. Divide between jars and enjoy!
