With guided instruction, creative props, and personalized modifications, each session meets you exactly where you are, helping you grow stronger and more confident every time. Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up, this class is your ticket to feeling amazing in your body.

All levels welcome. Mats will be provided. Comfortable clothing recommended!
This class is led by Sarah Memme, founder of WEflow Yoga.
