Drumroll please… move with Mike is back! This time with a new and exciting twist. Join wellbe’s experienced, knowledgeable and beloved RMT and martial artist, Mike Mekhail as he virtually leads you through a series of movements using a Kettlebell set and teaches you the fundamentals to create your own fun and effective home workouts.

The addition of kettlebells during a workout can help to improve your core stability, enhance cardiovascular health, increase strength, and reduce the risk of back injuries! 

Don’t have any kettlebells at home? No problem, a tub of laundry detergent, full paint can, or even your dog will do! 

Walk away from this workout with an elevated heart rate, a stronger body and a few laughs!

Beginners are more than welcome!
