we’ll get you back on track in no time, because moving better means feeling better
Armed with a knowledge of healing and a passion for injury prevention, our physiotherapists perform a thorough assessment and examination of the way your body moves, and what may be holding you back. And just like the rest of our services, we use a unique, individualized approach for each patient (big and small) and treatment may include manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, and taping.

FAQ
If you have any questions about physiotherapy for adults, please use our chat box, or contact us.
During your first appointment with us, we will listen, ask questions and get to the root of what’s been bugging you. Expect us to dig deeper as we work with you to help identify your goals and create a unique treatment plan that helps to get you feeling better.
Wear (or bring) some loose clothing and expect to move around. Our therapists use a wide variety of treatment modalities so every appointment may be a bit different - but with the same singular goal - helping you live well.
Before your first appointment, complete the online initial intake form which will be emailed to you. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant health information or notes from other health care practitioners. We look forward to seeing you!
Not at all. At wellbe, we are primary health care practitioners—you can book an appointment anytime without a doctor’s note or referral.
No, we are currently not accepting motor vehicle accident claims.
Using a gentle approach, our physiotherapists use hands-on techniques to help your body move and feel better, faster. We take the time to listen, examine, diagnose and treat. Our treatment will help release your tight and tense muscles and fascia, get restricted joints moving, improve your range of motion, restore function and decrease pain. Manual therapy techniques may include myofascial release, joint manipulation and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy.
Taking manual therapy one step further, myofascial release involves applying gentle but firm sustained pressure to tight connective tissue improving motion, and relieving pain.
To enhance treatment, our therapists use modalities such as Interferential Current (IFC), Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Therapeutic Ultrasound. These modalities, when used in conjunction with therapy, help to improve blood flow and speed healing and recovery.
Not just for pro athletes anymore! Kinesiotape (or K-tape) provides gentle support to strained muscles and joints, encourages healing by increasing blood flow and creates body and movement awareness. It’s true—a little tape goes a long way.
Using our patient centered approach, we design an active exercise program that suits your specific injury and needs. We understand how to optimize movement so you can get back to feeling yourself, all while helping you prevent future injury and improve your quality of life - in other words, we will help get you back to the things you love to do!
