wellbe summer activity bucket list

With one month (31 days) left of “real summertime” left on the books, we’re doing our darndest to get outside (in spite of the wet weather) and live our best summer lives.

Summer is always a season of connecting, spending time outside with friends and family and relishing the outdoors from camping to swimming - we love enjoying the warmer temps and basking in the sunshine. Plus, we’re filling up with Vitamin D - so it’s really a win-win!

With that, we’ve asked our practitioners what their favourite family fun summertime activities are and what they hope to cross off their summertime “bucket” list.
