  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp maca powder

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp water

These energy balls offer several benefits for menopausal women:

  • Maca root may help alleviate various menopause-related issues, including memory impairment, depression, and bone structure changes.

  • Walnuts provide omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E, which can support brain health and potentially reduce hot flashes.

  • Dates and oats offer fibre, which can help combat menopause-related constipation.

  • Peanut butter provides protein and healthy fats to help stabilize mood and energy levels.

This snack is easy to prepare in advance and can be stored for quick, on-the-go energy boosts throughout the week. It's a nutritious option that may help manage some common menopause symptoms while satisfying cravings for something sweet
