Dancing is all about grace, precision, and pure joy—but let's face it, all that twirling, leaping, and stretching can take a toll on our young dancers’ bodies. From sprains to strains, it's important to know the common injuries that can sneak up on them and how a little chiropractic care can keep them dancing without a hitch.
