ABOUT THIS ONLINE WORKSHOP

Attending a prenatal breastfeeding class can help you to make important decisions that may impact breastfeeding success. Armed with evidence-based information and lots of practical know-how you will feel confident and empowered to reach your feeding goals.

Taught by Taya Griffin, experienced International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, this class is an online, interactive experience taken in the comfort of your own home. Birth partners are encouraged to attend to help you to learn and support you through this process.

 You will learn:

  • How to get off to the very best start in the hospital and at home

  • How to lead your baby to comfortably latch and drink effectively (we encourage you to find a doll / toy in your home to practice your latch techniques!)

  • How to know whether your baby is getting enough and whether feeding is going well

  • The benefits of skin-to-skin contact and baby wearing.

  • Natural solutions to breastfeeding challenges
