Wondering how your birth partner can help you in labour?

In this free 60 minute hands-on online workshop, you and your birth partner will learn simple techniques to ease discomfort in the last few weeks of your pregnancy, and help you through labour and delivery.

Join experienced acupuncturist and birth doula, Heather Rule, R.Ac, as she shares key acupressure points that are most effective in labour - points that not only relieve pain, help with baby position and cervical dilation but also calm the mind and body.

You and your birth partner will leave this workshop with a handful of simple and effective techniques to help you feel more confident and prepared for labour. 

Pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy and their partners are welcome to attend.
