This flow-based class blends strength, mobility and mindful movement to leave you feeling powerful and focused
Designed to target the areas where women often hold the most stress—knees, hips, low back, shoulders, and core—this energizing class combines yoga flow with the dynamic elements from Pilates, Barre, and more.
Expect to build internal heat, release tension, and boost both your strength and flexibility. It’s 45 minutes of fun, movement, and accomplishment. Want to keep the relaxation going? Stick around for Stretch & Restore right after (8pm!)
