Move and Mingle: A wellbe Yoga Social is your chance to unwind, recharge, and hang with fellow wellbe yogis in our warm, relaxed and welcoming space.
This special evening includes:
🧘♀️ Stretch & Restore Yoga Class (7:30pm-8:15 PM)
A gentle, feel-good, popular class will blend basic poses for muscle tension release, improved alignment and breathwork. Led by Sarah of WEflow Yoga, this class will feature myofascial release and hands-on support. All levels welcome.
🌿 Social Hour & Wellness Activations (8:15pm-9:00pm)
After class, enjoy a cozy social with delicious snacks, refreshing non-alcoholic bevvies, and delightful conversations with wellbe practitioners. Plus, experience mini wellness activations, including:
