Tiffany believes in an equal playing field when it comes to therapy, working in partnership with her clients to find an approach that works best for their needs.

To Tiffany, honesty is at the heart of therapy, namely, the decision to be honest with yourself as she strongly believes it is the key that will open up the doors to self-healing. She’s straightforward (in the best way possible), dynamic, and free-spirited and brings these strengths to her practice.

Tiffany’s journey to becoming a social worker was largely inspired by her daughter. When she gave birth to her little one, she realized she didn’t know a thing about being a mom and wanted to learn more about child development—particularly the teenage years. This led her to pursue a Master's Degree in social work, and the rest is history. 

She now specializes in adolescent and young adult development and mental health, having previously worked in transitional housing programs, and uses an eclectic approach rooted in various theories and techniques when working with clients. She brings compassion and understanding, particularly when it comes to working with underserved and undervalued populations in relation to systemic and institutional racism, and has completed her Doctorate in Social Work with a dissertation on emphasizing the need for equal access to mental health services for these populations.
