this fun and playful class will give children a chance to practice their social skills, gain confidence and connect with others
We’re firm believers that it’s never too early to start practicing yoga which is why we’ve created a space for even the littlest of yogis to practice their flow.
Designed for kids ages four to six, our kids class teaches yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises to cultivate a calm mind and increase strength and flexibility. This non-competitive class will also help little ones improve their gross and fine motor skills, concentration and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings. Filled with games, stories, visualizations and music, this fun and playful class will give children a chance to practice their social skills, gain confidence and connect with others. Oh, and each class will end with a period of mindfulness and relaxation so your child can leave the space in a calm(er) state.
No equipment? No problem! We’ll provide the mats and equipment, just bring your kiddo.
