Get ready to challenge your range of motion, level up your balance, and power up those core muscles in a fun, dynamic class designed with mobility and strength in mind. This isn’t just any workout—it’s the yoga class your physiotherapist would high-five you for joining!

With guided instruction, creative props, and personalized modifications, each session meets you exactly where you are, helping you grow stronger and more confident every time. Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up, this class is your ticket to feeling amazing in your body.

Come move, strengthen, and stretch in ways that make you feel unstoppable! Your physio would be proud!

All levels welcome. Mats will be provided. Comfortable clothing recommended!

This class is led by Sarah Memme, founder of WEflow Yoga.
