Meet
Tammy Faulds
Midlife & Menopause Coach, adventurer and human jukebox
Menopause isn’t just a phase—it’s a full-body, full-life transformation—that can feel like your mind and body suddenly stopped following the rules you’ve always known.
Tammy Faulds gets it—not only because she’s coached so many women through this transition, but because she’s in it too. As wellbe’s first Menopause & Midlife Coach, Tammy collaborates with our wellness and mental health and wellness teams to offer a space for honest conversations, real-life strategies, and compassion support for everything that comes with this phase of life—physically, emotionally and mentally.
Her approach is trauma-informed, compassionate and grounded in real life. Tammy integrates evidence-based practices with body -based tools to provide holistic support that helps women reconnect with themselves in a way that feels empowered and sustainable.
Tammy’s journey started with a degree in Health Studies and has taken her across the globe in search of tools to help people navigate change and uncertainty. She’s an ICF-Certified Coach, Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Death Doula, and Daring Way™ Facilitator (a process developed by Brené Brown). She’s also a certified yoga teacher who brings a holistic lens to her work—centered on mindfulness, body awareness, and the belief that healing often begins by coming back to yourself.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or just not like yourself lately, Tammy is here to remind you: you don’t have to go through this alone. She brings warmth, wisdom, and a whole lot of lived experience to her practice, helping women meet midlife with clarity, grace, and a bit of humour.
