With a background in kinesiology and a deep understanding of movement and recovery, she found her true calling in massage therapy - where science meets human connection.

Trained with a special focus in prenatal care, Sofia finds immense joy in providing relief to pregnant individuals, helping them navigate the physical challenges of pregnancy with expert hands. Her approach is all about creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing session where every client feels cared for and supported.

Outside the clinic, Sofia is always on the move - whether travelling the world with family, lifting weights at the gym, or getting lost in a great mystery or sci-fi novel.
