Katie’s journey to becoming an RMT was full of twists and turns.

Following her passion for the stage, Katie pursued acting at the University of Windsor. While she continues to act {mostly voice acting} she fell in love with Pilates.

Not long after taking her first pilates class, she received her certification to teach Pilates on the mat. Working at a women’s gym created opportunities for Katie to grow as a fitness professional and cultivate meaningful relationships with her clients. Adding massage therapy to her toolbox was a natural next step for this knowledge-seeker and movement-obsessed practitioner.

When Katie isn’t working, you can find her hanging 20ft above ground wrapped in aerial silks or 20ft underwater exploring the ocean with her husband.
