We like to say heather’s got some magic at her fingertips — even needlephobes don’t mind getting poked for pain thanks to her extra gentle touch!

With a love of hands-on, practical and creative work, heather has years of experience helping individuals feel their best with the use of acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha and lifestyle advice.

Heather began her career in acupuncture with a focus on pregnancy and postpartum care, completing two clinical intensives in a labour and delivery ward. Here, she learned how to quickly and effectively treat pain her clients would complain about throughout their pregnancies — from sciatica and back to migraines and wrists. Finding a way to safely relieve pain for her pregnant clients while also easing their fear and anxiety became Heather’s passion. 

Heather now takes what she learned in her early years of practice about the muscles and fascia of the body and applies it to everyone suffering from muscle tension and physical imbalance to get to the root of the issue for lasting results. 

With Sports Medicine acupuncture training from field expert Whitfield Reaves, R.Ac, Heather loves using her knowledge of the body from a musculoskeletal perspective as well as a Traditional Chinese Medical perspective to deliver results.
